Returns, Exchanges, & Refunds

Once an order has shipped, we do not accept returns or exchanges. (Please read all ingredient list prior to purchasing)

Cancellations

Please notify us immediately if you would like to cancel an order, we are unable to cancel an order once it ships

Shipping Options

We offer USPS Priority domestic shipping estimated transit 3-5 days. 

Processing Time

Please allow up to 3-5 business days to process your order. (Business days include Monday thru Friday excluding weekends and holidays)

Damaged Policy

 Inspect your product as soon as it arrives. If product is damaged contact us within 24 hours. Please submit photo images of the damaged product and we will be happy to assist. We offer replacement of damaged items during shipping, however no refunds will be offered for damaged items

Lost, Stolen, or Undeliverable Packages

Blooming Goddess is not responsible for lost or stolen packages confirmed to be delivered to the address as entered for the order. Customer is responsible for providing an accurate address when entering shipping information, no refunds will be issued if address provided is incorrect. Please contact the carrier for information regarding the delivery. Have your tracking number available to provide to carrier to assist with the investigation.

If your package was returned to Blooming Goddess as undeliverable you will be issued a refund for the amount of the order less shipping charges.
